Some people look at this as a huge obstacle to overcome, I mean lets face it how many gadgets or tricks have you heard of or possibly tried yourself? Well I"m willing to tell you of my journey to kick the habit once and for all, this has worked for me for several months now. And there has been at least 5 family members, several friends I have also helped to kick the cigs!
